How does a project start?
With a free consultation and site survey. We then share a design and proposal, and once approved, we supply, install, test and train — followed by ongoing support.
Do you test systems before handover?
Yes. Systems are tested at our integration centre with a witnessed Factory Acceptance Test, then again on site with a Site Acceptance Test before handover.
Can you work with our existing equipment?
In most cases, yes. We assess what you already have and integrate it wherever it is reliable, so you only replace what you need to.
Do you offer maintenance after installation?
Yes. We provide annual maintenance contracts (AMC) with defined service levels and on-site support from Muscat.
